Real-World Experience Program

We believe that the most profound lessons come from everyday experiences. Therefore, students explore the world around them using all their senses and emotions—to listen, touch, and feel in their own unique way.

4.1. Seasonal Experiences – Connecting with Culture

Each season is an opportunity for children to engage with traditional culture through Tet, Mid-Autumn Festival, folk fairs, and more. At Ivy School, children get to make bánh chưng (sticky rice cake), lanterns, and play traditional games—understanding that culture is not only found in books but is alive in daily life.

Whether performing, competing, or role-playing, every activity helps children develop physically, release emotions, and express their individuality. Through these experiences, children learn cooperation, confidence, and grow with each opportunity.

Trips to museums, farms, or libraries provide chances for children to observe, ask questions, and connect with life. Simple curiosities like “Why do leaves fall?” spark thinking and a love of discovery—things that a classroom alone cannot offer.
